Our People Centred Tools, Methods & Frameworks
Over the past 20 years we have encountered, refined and developed many design tools. We have now pulled these together and created a design toolkit, containing over 80 design tools, methods and frameworks.
We use the UK Design Council "Double Diamond" Framework as our inspiration. Our tools are split across 4 key phases; Discover, Define Develop and Deploy. We also have subject specific tools for areas such as brand and customer experience. We will be publishing a book, containing our tools and related case studies.

Discover Tools
Design Discovery is an important divergent thinking area used for broad exploration. We have over 20 Discovery Tools in our Toolkit. Here is one of the tools. User Journey Mapping
Define Tools
Design Definition Tools seek to narrow down thinking, converging thoughts and clearly defining the design project direction. We have 12 Definition Tools in our Toolkit. Tools include The Design Brief which is highlighted here.
Develop Tools
Design Development is a broad and deep area of the Design Process. It is probably the most familiar, this is where the creatuve Development Process takes place. important. We have over 25 evelopment tools, methods and frameworks in our toolkit. Here is an example, this is Service Blueprint.
Deploy Tools
Design Deployment also includes Design Delivery and forms the stage where we proceed to market testing and in-market commercialisation. We have over 20 Deployment tools, methods and frameworks in our toolkit. The example shown here is Design Scenarios.
